SYNCOOL 3000 is a highly sophisticated semi-synthetic, micro emulsion cutting fluid. SYNCOOL 3000 has a low oil content and multi-metal compatibility, tolerance to tramp oil and bacterial degradation, it assist reduce tool wear and gives excellent surface finishes on many different alloys.SYNCOOL 3000 has been developed specifically for use with the more difficult to machine alloys and aluminum. With selected corrosion inhibitor additive ensure stain free performance on most metals including steels, brasses and most aluminum alloys.
Therefore, an excellent product for workshop rationalization and is particularly suited to modern CNC machining centers. When diluted with most tap waters, SYNCOOL 3000 forms a translucent emulsion that ensures good work piece visibility.
